FlexoCam: The FlexoCam unit was specifically
developed for label, packaging and corrugated
printing where surface and reversal analysis of
screen dots are essential for good printing results.

The system offers analysis of film, mask,
transparent and non-transparent printing plates
in addition to the inspection of prints regarding
quality, screen counts, forms, screen angles,
distances and diameters.

AniCam: Following the success of the FlexoCam,
the AniCam was developed specifically for anilox
roller analysis. This system offers inspection of
volume, screen count and angle as well as cell
ratio and cell depth.

Anicam measures and anilox roll from 63mm
diameter. Due to an optional set of lenses, the
system is able to measure a wide spectrum of
screen counts making it unique in the market.

Continuous control of anilox rollers leads to a
potential reduction of preparation, downtime
and spoilage.

Both systems are available individually or combined in one unit.
