Flexo Printing

Following further development of our water washable
plate technology, Toreflex has been created for
superior flexo printing.

Solvent free and clean Toreflex plates are suitable
for all printing inks. Dantex has developed the UV
flexo type rapidoflex plates especially for the label
printing industry.

Toreflex and Rapidoflex results are quick and easy
to achieve and set a new benchmark in efficiency
and economy. This is especially due to the reduction
in resting times of solvent plates, reducing press
down times to a minimum.

Our printing plates are manufactured from a special
monomer, which offers a robust surface with low
abrasion for high volume print runs and excellent
printing quality.

The matte surface provides good contact with the
film and furthermore the quick extraction of air
when applying vacuum.

Thanks to its innovative technology, Torelief printing plates produce superior
reproduction and print quality thus reducing overall printing costs.
